It applies to this website only. Different organizations or platforms may handle information associated with particular appointments or external services.

Information collected through this website

Technical information. Hosting, security, and content-delivery systems may process IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, requested pages, referral information, and diagnostic or security logs.
Search information. Terms entered into the general website search or Education search may be processed to return requested content.
Email communications. If you select an email link and send a message, the information in that message is processed by the sender’s and recipient’s email services.
Information submitted to external services. Information entered after following a booking, retail, social, payment, or other external link is handled by the applicable external service.

Contact forms and newsletter signup

Tersaaesthetics.com does not currently host a patient intake form, appointment form, general contact form, public comment form, or newsletter signup form. Consultation inquiries are directed to ordinary email or external booking services. If a website form or newsletter is added later, this policy should be updated before collection begins.

Cookies, analytics, and similar technologies

Public visitor analytics, configured Google Analytics, public comments, likes, generic sharing widgets, related-post tracking, and WordPress subscription modules were disabled following the July 2026 privacy review. Core WordPress, managed hosting, security, and performance services may still use cookies, request logs, or similar technologies necessary to deliver and protect the website. Website infrastructure and third-party services

WordPress and Automattic/Jetpack. The website uses managed WordPress infrastructure and Jetpack features for hosting-related functions, security, performance, and delivery of website assets.
WordPress.com image delivery. Some images may be delivered through the WordPress.com image content-delivery network.
Google Fonts. The website requests the Cormorant Garamond typeface from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information needed to deliver the font.
Akismet. Akismet remains installed for spam-protection capability, although public comments and public website forms are currently disabled.
External sources. The site links to Instagram, Linktree, Dermamade, FDA resources, research publications, and other third-party websites.

External booking, payment, and medical-record systems

Clinic appointments may be scheduled through INJEXED MEDBAR using Jane. Concierge appointments may be scheduled through My Face Lady using My Aesthetic Record. Depending on the location and type of appointment, scheduling, payment processing, and medical record management may be handled by those organizations or their service providers.

The website does not determine which organization owns a particular medical record or is responsible for a particular clinical service, payment, privacy notice, or booking transaction. Review the notices and terms presented by the applicable organization and platform when booking.

Embedded and linked content

The site does not currently embed Google Maps, social-media feeds, or hosted appointment forms. It may link to external research, regulatory documents, social platforms, retailers, and booking services. External websites control their own content, cookies, accessibility, security, and information practices.

Communications

Appointment reminders, follow-up messages, educational communications, or marketing messages may be sent by the organization or platform associated with a visitor’s appointment or communication preferences. See the Email & SMS Communications page for general information. Booking consent should not be assumed to authorize unrelated marketing.

Security and retention

The website uses HTTPS and managed hosting and security services. No internet or email system can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on the information, operational need, applicable requirements, and the practices of the organization or service that receives it. This policy does not assign medical-record retention responsibility to Tersa Aesthetics LLC or any other organization.

Privacy choices and requests

For questions about information processed directly through tersaaesthetics.com, contact stella@tersaaesthetics.com. Depending on the information and applicable law, a person may be able to request access, correction, or deletion. Requests relating to an external booking, payment, or patient-record system may need to be directed to the organization operating that system. Identity verification may be required.

Healthcare privacy

This Website Privacy Policy is not a HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices and does not state that Tersa Aesthetics LLC, Stella Aesthetics, or any named platform or provider is or is not a HIPAA covered entity or business associate. Any required healthcare privacy notice must be provided by the organization to which it applies.

Children’s privacy

This website is not designed for children under 13, and no child-directed collection feature was identified during the July 2026 technical review. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information directly through the website may contact the privacy address above.
