- Clinic appointments: may be scheduled through INJEXED MEDBAR using Jane.
- Concierge appointments: may be scheduled through My Face Lady using My Aesthetic Record.
- Questions before booking: may be directed to stella@tersaaesthetics.com. Do not include sensitive medical information in ordinary email.
Different organizations and platforms
Depending on the location and type of appointment, scheduling, payment processing, and medical record management may be handled by affiliated healthcare providers or scheduling platforms. The organization identified in the booking flow or confirmation may apply its own policies and privacy notice.
Consultation and treatment suitability
A requested appointment does not guarantee that a particular treatment is appropriate or will be performed. Treatment recommendations are individualized and require an appropriate assessment, review of relevant health information, and professional judgment.
Deposits and payment
A booking platform may display a price, deposit, card requirement, or payment term for a particular appointment. Review the information shown before confirming. Tersaaesthetics.com does not directly process appointment payments and does not create a separate refund obligation through this page.

Cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival, no-show, deposit, and refund rules may vary by appointment type, location, organization, and booking platform. The policy presented during booking or communicated in the confirmation governs that appointment. No additional cancellation fee or refund promise is created by this website policy.
