This page explains common email and text-message communications that may be associated with inquiries, appointments, and educational or marketing preferences.
Who may send communications
Depending on the appointment type and care setting, communications may be sent by Tersa Aesthetics LLC, Stella Aesthetics, INJEXED MEDBAR, My Face Lady, or the booking and communication platform used for that appointment. Each organization may apply its own privacy notice and communication terms.
Appointment and service messages
After requesting or scheduling an appointment, a person may receive operational communications such as booking confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling information, arrival instructions, follow-up messages, or responses to questions. These messages may be sent by email, telephone, or text through the applicable provider or platform.
Educational emails
A person who separately requests educational updates may receive information about facial aging, skin health, treatment planning, aftercare, or newly published Education resources. Tersaaesthetics.com does not currently display a newsletter signup form.
Marketing communications
Marketing email or text messages should be sent only with the consent or other permission required for that communication. Agreeing to book an appointment should not be treated as consent to unrelated marketing where separate consent is required.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency may vary based on appointment activity, follow-up needs, and communication preferences. Standard message and data rates or other carrier charges may apply.
Opting out
- Email: Use the unsubscribe link included in a marketing email, or reply with an opt-out request where no automated link is available.
- SMS: Reply STOP to an automated marketing text to request that marketing texts stop. HELP may provide assistance where supported by the sender’s platform.
- Operational communications: Contact the organization responsible for the appointment to discuss communication preferences. Some essential service messages may still be necessary to manage an active appointment or respond to a request.
Opting out of one sender or platform may not automatically opt a person out of communications from a different organization. Contact the sender identified in the message.
Sensitive information and emergencies
Do not send payment-card information, treatment photographs, detailed medical histories, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or unsecured text unless the responsible provider has supplied an approved communication method. Call 911 or seek immediate medical care for an emergency.
Contact
General website communication questions may be sent to stella@tersaaesthetics.com. Appointment-specific questions may need to be directed to the organization or platform shown in the booking confirmation.
