Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Automated testing is useful but does not replace manual keyboard, screen-reader, zoom, contrast, and user testing. Content and third-party integrations will be reviewed as they change.
Third-party services
Some functions and documents are supplied by independent services, including Jane, My Aesthetic Record, Dermamade, social platforms, research publishers, and government websites. Tersa Aesthetics LLC does not control every accessibility feature of those services, but feedback about barriers encountered when reaching them from this website is welcome.
Alternative ways to obtain information
If a page, document, or external booking pathway is difficult to use, email stella@tersaaesthetics.com and describe the information or function needed. An alternative method of providing the information or helping identify another scheduling pathway will be considered. Do not include sensitive medical information in ordinary email.
Accessibility feedback
When reporting an issue, include the page address, the feature involved, the assistive technology or browser used if relevant, and a description of the difficulty. This helps identify and address the barrier.
