Radiesse®
Treatment planning by Stella Paschover, RN • BSN
Lift, contour, and stimulate your natural collagen.
Biostimulatory support
Immediate structure with long-term collagen stimulation.
Radiesse® is more than a dermal filler. It is a collagen-stimulating treatment designed to restore lost volume while encouraging your body to produce new collagen over time.
Whether you are considering Radiesse injections for cheeks, Radiesse jawline contouring, improved skin firmness, or age-related volume loss, Radiesse offers immediate improvement with long-term collagen support for natural, lasting rejuvenation.

What can Radiesse treat?
- Cheek volume and contour
- Jawline definition
- Chin enhancement
- Marionette lines
- Pre-jowl hollowing
- Facial volume loss
- Skin laxity
- Aging hands for volume restoration
Hyperdilute Radiesse
Skin quality support beyond facial contouring.
When appropriately diluted, Hyperdilute Radiesse can also improve skin quality in areas such as the neck, décolletage, arms, abdomen, thighs, and buttocks by stimulating collagen and elastin production.
This approach may be considered for patients who want improved firmness, texture, and skin resilience rather than traditional volume replacement alone.
Pairing Radiesse with microneedling may further support skin quality in appropriate candidates.
Why choose Radiesse?
- Immediate lifting and contouring
- Stimulates your body’s natural collagen production
- Improves facial structure and definition
- Enhances skin firmness and elasticity
- Long-lasting results
- Natural-looking rejuvenation
- Can support both facial contouring and skin quality improvement
How it works
Radiesse is made with calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres.
Radiesse is composed of calcium hydroxylapatite, or CaHA, microspheres suspended in a smooth gel carrier.
Immediately after treatment, the gel restores volume and provides structural support. Over the following months, your body gradually produces new collagen around the CaHA microspheres, helping improve skin firmness, elasticity, and overall facial support.
As the gel naturally dissolves, your own collagen remains, creating results that continue to look soft and natural.
What to expect
Your treatment is customized to your facial anatomy, skin quality, and aesthetic goals.
Most patients notice an immediate improvement in facial contour and volume, with continued enhancement as collagen develops over the following months.
Treatment time is typically less than an hour, and most patients are able to return to normal activities shortly afterward.
Radiesse vs. traditional dermal fillers
Volume restoration with added collagen support.
While hyaluronic acid fillers primarily replace lost volume, Radiesse offers the added benefit of stimulating collagen production. Explore our full range of dermal fillers.
This makes Radiesse an excellent collagen stimulator and biostimulator injection option for patients who want not only immediate improvement but also long-term support for healthier, firmer skin.
